Reinvigoration Group is proud to announce that we have officially acquired the organisation Lean Competency Services, which owns the license to Cardiff University’s prestigious Lean Competency System (LCS).

This acquisition represents a pivotal moment in our commitment to empowering organisations with the tools and knowledge to foster lean thinking, drive continuous improvement, and achieve operational excellence.

The LCS, originally launched in 2005 by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) at Cardiff University, has grown into an internationally recognised program and the only lean workplace-based qualification developed by a university. It has played a vital role in helping organisations across the globe implement lean principles, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and achieve operational excellence.

Reinvigoration became an LCS accredited organisation in 2010 and this acquisition is a testament to our deep-rooted relationship with them, our belief in their system and the benefits it brings.
